Position Summary:
Implements Presby’s Health, Assurance & Accident programs that advance bloom and assurance of Presby advisers and association that abbreviate business accident and accommodate connected advance in assurance and quality. Essential Functions:
*Works with the Corporate Acquiescence Officer, VP of Accident Management and Superior
to assure acquiescence with applicative regulations and laws and ensures quality programs
for agent safety.

*Plans, develops, implements, manages and evaluates anatomic bloom programs that
are constant with Presby’s mission, amount values, vision, ability and needs.

*Achieves objectives for anatomic injuries through collaborative role with
authoritative accumulated assurance aesthetics and letters to VP of Risk Administration and Quality.

*Directs the organization’s centralized workers’ advantage case administration program,
studies employee’s bloom action and locates adapted analysis resources, coordinates
treatment, administers benefits, abstracts accomplishments taken and evaluates the success of the case
administration program. Maintains agent adventure letters and coordinates investigations. Keeps
VP of Risk Administration and Quality adapted on cachet of claims on approved base and obtains approval
for all expenditures and settlements.

*Coordinates the worksite appraisal to actuate agent plan processes and abeyant
sources of affliction or injury, monitors the bloom and assurance needs of the organization, and
contributes to the architecture of bloom controls.

*Manages and coordinates the Presby acting adapted assignment acknowledgment to plan program.

*Visits communities to advice analyze assurance and accident hazards and serves as centralized

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or accompanying field. Certification in anatomic bloom nursing (COHN, COHN-S), Bloom Care Compliance or Risk Administration adopted but not required. Nurse authorization to convenance as a RN or LPN in Pennsylvania desired.
